Fujio’s artwork includes a set of more than ten woodblock prints of flowers. Twelve examples are shown in this gallery. Her flower pictures are unique in Japanese art because in each picture she includes only a small portion of a single flower as it appears when looking at it close up. Consequently, the picture looks like abstract art.
